Details:

FedEx shipping charge applies by default to contiguous 48 states pals use shipping calculator for more accurate charges I do not know market value so please kindly make fair offer. As far as flaws are concerned, there's a couple spots where I noticed the staple no longer held down the seat cover edge. There's another part painted white that says kkc4 624. The material is vinyl, very cushion.

There's also part of the one end of the rubber seal replaceable has couple minor cuts as shown in last picture. All metals parts shine like new, showing no rust that I can tell.

I'm not a dealer, just a vintage computers electronics enthusiast selling as found, as is.

The defect appears to be very minor and repairable and does not seem to effect functionality in anyways.

Seat is structurally sound no rip or tear.

At the bottom, there's a rubber ring wrapped around the middle mounting harness. You're buying on a used seat by Kymco I think part kkc4 it is measured about in length , 18 at widest point, and approx 9 height .

Still very usable, IMO.
