Riders seat width is 13, passenger seat is 11 wide. I have done my best to describe this part. Fits 2007 and newer Flst, Flst, Falstaff, 2006 and newer fxst, fxst, fxst, fxst.

Never mounted on a bike, seat is in new condition. I have shipped a lot of parts over seas, problems are vary rare.

I do not have a strap for it.
