No rips,tears or scuffs. This is a new studded leather Suzuki seat.

Has an impression on the drivers seat from the passenger seat sitting on it in the box but i'm sure that will go away once it's on a bike for a while seat fits the following. This part is in great shape. Part has been in the box,wrapped in plastic since it came from the factory.
