Up for your consideration is an oem 1971 Honda CB350 seat also fits 1971 Honda Cl350. Note chrome side buttons and the strap Clasps do have surface rust, and there is some surface rust on the underneath side.
Strap stitching is broken in several places strap could be removed and stitching redone, if so desired please see photos and zoom in for detailed look.
